Cancellation & Return Policy

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before confirmation without any charges. Once an order is confirmed and dispatched, cancellation is not permitted.

Returns & Replacements

Since we deal in bulk groceries, returns are generally not accepted. Issues related to quality, shortages, or damages during delivery must be reported within 24 hours of receiving goods. Replacement or adjustment will be provided at the company's discretion after verification.
